Wednesday February 12th,  6:30 – 9:30 pm

1. Red Thai Curry with Mussels

2. Miso Soup with Dashi

3. Vietnamese Coconut Lime Crème

4. Caramel (Banh Gan).

   All students will work in teams of  3 and execute the recipes after a demonstration of each dish by the chef.   

   You’ll enjoy the fruits of your labour with a glass of  wine after the completion of  the dishes.
